Who am I?
With over a decade of dedicated experience in the Salesforce ecosystem, I proudly introduce myself as a seasoned Salesforce Trainer. My journey began when I stumbled into the world of Salesforce as an “accidental admin,” a modest genesis that would pave the way for a remarkable career transformation.
Motivated by an unrelenting quest for fresh challenges and a desire to share my extensive knowledge, I wholeheartedly embraced the role of a Salesforce Trainer. This role has afforded me the privilege of collaborating with companies spanning the globe, enriching the Salesforce experience for end users worldwide.
Since 2018, I’ve been a contributor to the Trailhead Academy’s certified instructor program. Here, I’ve been delivering the Salesforce Administrator Certification course, imparting cutting-edge knowledge and industry insights to learners.
